The Role
EY is seeking a Proposal Design Specialist for its Clients & Industries (C&I) team within Markets Enablement, based in Pakistan, developing visual concepts, proposal designs and presentations for pursuits across the MENA region.
•Develop proposals, presentations, executive summaries and other client-facing materials aligned with EY brand standards •Create visual concepts, graphics, infographics, charts, illustrations and layouts •Participate in pursuit kick-off meetings, strategy sessions, proposal reviews and oral preparation workshops •Present design concepts to pursuit teams and stakeholders •Lead the visual storytelling approach for strategic pursuits •Support content development across proposals, presentations, digital assets, videos and interactive materials •Ensure consistency with EY Visual Identity guidelines •Contribute to design best practices, templates and reusable assets •Support training and knowledge-sharing on proposal design and visual communication

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Design
Approximately 2-5 years of experience in graphic design, proposal design, communications, marketing, business development or a related discipline; experience supporting business development activities, bids, proposals or client presentations Preferred: Experience in professional services, consulting or multinational organizations
Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office
Or equivalent professional experience in place of the degree
