The Role
EY is seeking a Senior to join its MENA Tax Global Compliance & Reporting (GCR) team, leading engagements and driving the growth of the GCR practice.
•Provide tax services to clients and manage their compliance and reporting needs •Manage day-to-day client engagements, monitor progress and deliverables, and put in place standardized processes •Anticipate and identify risks, escalate issues and drive performance-improvement solutions •Supervise teams, and coach and counsel junior team members •Ensure adherence to Tax Quality guidelines

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Taxation
Minimum 3 years of experience in domestic and international tax rules and regulations, ideally within a large professional services company, with a strong background in tax accounting and tax auditing Preferred: Experience of dealing with multinational clients in a multi-cultural environment
MBA, master's or another related advanced degree and/ or professional qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, CTA, ADIT or equivalent
