The Role
Lead the development and launch of innovative AI-powered solutions, translating business needs into intelligent products and driving operational efficiency.
•Manage the complete product lifecycle, from ideation and strategy to launch and continuous improvement •Identify opportunities to integrate AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI and LLMs into products and business processes •Define product roadmaps, PRDs, user stories and requirements in collaboration with engineering, data science, design and business teams •Lead the development of AI-powered applications, chatbots, AI assistants and workflow automation solutions •Coordinate AI integrations involving APIs, prompt engineering, LLMs and RAG architectures •Define KPIs and monitor product performance, accuracy, user adoption and business impact •Oversee product testing, optimization and post-launch improvements based on user feedback and data insights

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business
5 to 6 years of Product Management experience, including developing and launching AI-powered products
