The Role
Assistant Manager/ Shift Incharge for BOPP Film Line 05 at Tri-Pack Films Limited, Port Qasim Plant, Karachi, reporting to the Manager Film Line 04.
•Guide the production/ slitting team of Shift Incharges and Operators for effective execution of production/ slitting process with full compliance to company SHE policy/ SOPs •Ensure efficient quality delivery of production/ slitting while monitoring targets on a daily, monthly and quarterly basis •Oversee material feeding and recycling operations to ensure product quality sustainability •Assist the team in day-to-day production/ slitting through implementation of the production plan to resolve packaging deficiencies and optimise cost •Implement waste reduction controls and increase machine efficiency as per departmental goals •Conduct RCA reports on film waste, manpower, machine efficiencies and productivity •Deliver innovation projects to enhance company profitability •Implement company SOPs and complete documentation of all slitting/ production activities •Comply with company safety, health and environment policy, 5S, ISO quality standards, and company and machine SOPs

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Chemical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing set up Preferred: Industry specific experience (BOPP/ BOPET manufacturing)
MS Office, SAP, Presentation Skills, Planning & Organizing, Time Management
Preferred: Troubleshooting, Root Cause Analysis, Total Productive Maintenance
•B.E/ BSc Chemical/ Polymer preferred; Electronics/ Electrical or Mechanical can also apply •Contract type: Permanent
