The Role

General Manager (Head of Quality) to lead the quality function of the Spinning Division at the Nooriabad factory of Premium Textile Mills Ltd.

•Own end-to-end quality for the spinning division, from raw fiber intake to finished yarn dispatch •Set and enforce quality parameters and benchmarks across all yarn types •Implement and maintain QMS (ISO 9001 and customer-specific standards) •Lead in-process and final inspection, driving defect reduction and improved complaint rates •Analyze Uster/ Classimat/ AFIS data and convert findings into process improvements •Lead root cause analysis for yarn defects (neps, thick/ thin places, unevenness, contamination) •Oversee fiber testing, CSP analysis, and yarn parameter validation •Coordinate with production, maintenance, and procurement for consistency and traceability •Manage customer complaints, audits, and third-party inspections •Lead, train, and mentor the quality team
