The Role

Procurement Specialist for Lahore, managing the full procurement and contract management cycle.

•Manage the full procurement and contract management cycle •Prepare procurement plans, schedules & strategies •Prepare/ review PQ documents, tenders, RFPs/ RFQs & related documents •Coordinate technical and financial bid evaluations •Prepare bid evaluation reports and award recommendations •Support contract preparation, negotiation & execution •Manage contract administration, payments, deliverables & correspondence •Review variations, claims, EOTs, amendments & contractual matters •Maintain procurement records and prepare progress reports •Ensure compliance with procurement rules, procedures & contract requirements

Required Education Level/ Field of Study

Bachelor 16 Years: Civil Engineering

Required Experience

Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in procurement & contracts; experience in procurement planning, tendering and contract management Preferred: FIDIC and donor-funded project experience
