The Role
Assistant Manager Finance for construction projects at TÜMAŞ Pakistan, Lahore.
•Manage project financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning for construction projects •Monitor project costs, subcontractor payments and material procurement budgets, and ensure cost control across all construction activities •Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, contract requirements and statutory obligations •Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, including project-wise profitability and WIP (Work-in-Progress) reporting •Implement and monitor internal controls for procurement, inventory, project billing and contract administration •Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, consultants, clients and regulatory authorities •Analyze project financial performance, identify cost-saving opportunities and provide recommendations to senior management

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Professional Bachelor: Chartered Accountancy (CA), Accounting & Finance
Preferred: 2-5 years of post-training, industrial or construction sector experience; articleship from a reputable audit firm preferred (Big Four experience an added advantage)
CA finalist or ACCA qualified/ finalist
