The Role

Junior level FM Coordinator at Emaar Canyon Views, Islamabad, supporting community management, billing and fee collection, customer complaint resolution, and resident service coordination.

•Support the day-to-day coordination of facility management operations across the community •Monitor community services and follow up on maintenance and service issues •Coordinate with contractors, service providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery •Manage billing, FM fee collection, and utility coordination •Track and resolve customer complaints in coordination with maintenance teams •Support resident communication, notices, and community service updates •Maintain operational records, complaint logs, billing trackers, and service reports
