The Role
A skilled and service-oriented IT Support & Network Administrator to manage day-to-day IT operations, provide technical support, and ensure reliable network infrastructure at Dolmen City Islamabad.
•Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, printers, and operating systems •Provide onsite and remote technical support through the ticketing system •Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 and macOS issues quickly and effectively •Manage data backups, user profiles, and system configurations •Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and technical documentation •Configure and troubleshoot firewalls, VPNs, and NAT to keep the network secure •Manage LAN/ WAN infrastructure, including DNS, DHCP, VLANs, Wi-Fi, switches, and routers

2- 4 years
Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Computer Science, Information Technology
2-4 years of experience in IT Support, Systems, or Network Administration
TCP/ IP, Networking Protocols, Network Security, Ticketing Systems, Asset Management, Backup Tools, Problem Solving, Communication Skills
