The Role
Business Analyst in the System Analysis & Design department of PRAL, Islamabad, working on digitizing and integrating business processes of tax authorities.
•Design UML and BPMN process flows, data flows, system context diagrams and integration diagrams •Prepare requirements specification documents, including FSDs, API specifications, technical proposals and change request forms •Understand existing system logic in software programs and database procedures, and document the findings •Design integrations with external organizations, focusing on technical architecture and secure data exchange •Integrate data encryption techniques, data privacy and confidentiality, and security-by-design principles in proposed solutions •Create wireframes and prototypes, and propose innovative system design solutions •Conduct UAT sessions with end-users to validate that the solutions meet business requirements •Present designs and solutions to management and cross-functional teams •Communicate effectively with developers, QA and business users •Perform any other duties assigned by the reporting managers or management

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Computer Science, Software Engineering
At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst Preferred: Experience in banking, finance, accounting or taxation systems is a plus
Network Integration, APIs, Data Encryption, Data Privacy, SQL, Microsoft Visio, Figma, Presentation Skills
Preferred: CBAP/ CCBA
