The Role

Dr. Ziauddin Hospital is hiring a CCTV Operator at its Head Office (North Campus) to monitor CCTV systems and ensure continuous surveillance and security coverage. The role also liaises with vendors for site assessments, quotations, installation schedules and resolution of technical issues.

•Monitor all locations of hospital CCTV cameras •Install new cameras as per requirements •Daily review of the related CCTV system •Ensure all cameras are working properly •Compare vendor rates with market rates •Minimize the cost of equipment and systems and provide advantages and benefits to the organization •Ensure all corridors are covered with new cameras to avoid any emergency situation •Discuss display and maintenance of cameras with vendors •Upgrade the system and install new versions of cameras and system •Point out hidden and sensitive places that are not covered •Plan with vendors for better coverage and monitoring of the system •Map and maintain records and analyse situations where the need arises
