The Role
Al Amin Salt Works (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking an experienced, results-driven sales professional to lead international sales, lead generation and business development activities for Himalayan salt and other salt products.
•Identify and generate new international leads through online research, B2B platforms, LinkedIn, trade directories and other channels •Build and develop relationships with international buyers, importers, distributors, wholesalers and food companies •Explore new countries and markets for Himalayan salt and other salt products •Handle customer inquiries, quotations, product specifications, samples and commercial offers •Conduct regular follow-ups and convert prospects into confirmed export orders •Negotiate pricing, payment terms, packaging, quantities and delivery requirements •Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business •Monitor competitors, market trends, customer requirements and international pricing •Maintain an organized database of leads, inquiries, quotations, customers and sales •Coordinate with Production, Quality, Logistics, Accounts and Management to ensure timely order execution •Monitor shipments and ensure customer requirements are fulfilled •Achieve assigned monthly and annual export sales targets

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (14 Years): Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing
3-5 years of experience in Export Sales, International Sales or Business Development Preferred: Experience in the salt, food or manufacturing export industry will be preferred
Business Development, Customer Acquisition Skills, Negotiation Skills, Communication Skills, MS Office
- English (Speaking: Native/ Fluent, Reading: Native/ Fluent, Writing: Native/ Fluent)
Salary, Compensation & Benefits
PKR 75,000- 100,000/ month (Plus sales percentage)
