The Role
Taj Group of Petroleum Service (TGPS) is hiring an Assistant Manager Accounts & Finance for its Accounts & Finance Department at the head office in Sukkur. Reporting to the Department Lead of Accounts & Finance, the role owns day-to-day accounting and financial operations across all retail fuel stations and allied businesses.
•Own and drive day-to-day accounting and financial operations across all retail fuel stations and allied businesses •Manage high-volume transactions including fuel sales, inventory and general ledger activities •Handle executive-level financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting •Safeguard the organization through robust internal controls and compliance •Drive process improvements through ERP systems and automation initiatives

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (16 Years): Finance, Commerce
- Master's Degree (16 Years): Finance, Commerce
- Professional Bachelor: CA Inter/ CAF (Articles Completed), ACCA, ACMA
Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience Preferred: Experience in retail fuel, retail chains or multi-business organizations will be a distinct advantage
Financial Reporting, Budgeting, Taxation, Regulatory Compliance, Microsoft Excel, ERP Systems, Leadership, Analytical Skills, Problem Solving
•CA (Inter), ACCA, CMA/ ACMA, CPA or equivalent professional qualification will be preferred
