The Role

FieldFusion Corp. (Private) Limited, part of Iqbal Group of Companies, is hiring an Export Sales Operations Lead in Lahore.

•Manage day-to-day export sales operations and ensure smooth order processing •Communicate and coordinate with foreign customers regarding inquiries, orders, payments and deliveries •Generate and follow up on sales leads and business opportunities •Maintain regular communication with international clients and support relationship management •Coordinate export documentation and ensure required documents are complete and accurate •Follow up on customer payments and outstanding receivables •Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely processing of export orders •Maintain customer, sales, payment and export-related records •Prepare and review sales and operational reports •Support the sales team in meeting export sales targets and resolving customer issues •Ensure timely follow-up on pending inquiries, orders, documents and payments
