The Role
Chiniot General Hospital is hiring a Public Relation Officer (PRO) to support patients and attendants, handle complaints and promote a patient-friendly image of the hospital.
•Visit wards daily and interview patients to be discharged on the day •Assist patients and provide patient-related information of the hospital to patients and the general public •Project a patient-friendly image of the hospital by dealing with patients and the general public in a polite, dignified and pleasant way •Maintain records of patients' complaints •Visit patients during the process of medical treatment to provide moral support and ensure patient satisfaction •Carry out other assignments as entrusted by the Medical Coordinator or COD •Facilitate calls and provide information to patients/ attendants calling from outside •Liaise with other departments to provide flawless indoor/ outdoor hospital services •Process medical and duplicate birth certificates for indoor and outdoor patients and verify reimbursed payments for indoor patients •Maintain OPD complaints

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 14 Years
- Masters
2 to 3 years' experience in a reputable organization in public dealing in a similar position
