The Role
Transworld Home is hiring a Senior Executive Operations in Karachi to handle customer billing, receivables follow-up and commercial operations support.
•Tracking and follow-up for customer billing and receivables •Maintenance of customer records, sales and revenue numbers •Interact with key account managers for customer documentation, new leads and related follow-up •Support processing and negotiation of customer agreements in coordination with account managers, legal and sales teams •Assist with the development of plans and initiatives for billing related matters/ commercial operations •Analysis and issue resolution: support for tracking customer billing issues with options for resolution

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (16 Years): Business Administration, Finance
- Masters: Business Administration
Minimum 2-3 years experience in a related role Preferred: Experience with a telecom service provider
