The Role
Elite Engineering (Pvt.) Ltd. is hiring an HSE Engineer for its Ravi River Bridge Construction Project in Lahore to implement and monitor the project HSE plan.
•Implement and monitor the project HSE plan and procedures •Conduct site inspections, risk assessments and job hazard analyses •Deliver toolbox talks, safety inductions and training sessions •Investigate incidents and near misses and implement corrective actions •Ensure PPE compliance and safe working near water, at height and on heavy lifting operations •Review method statements and permits to work •Prepare HSE reports and statistics for management and the client

5+ years
Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering
•Minimum 5 years of HSE experience on bridge, highway or major infrastructure projects
Construction Safety Standards, Emergency Response, Environmental Management, MS Office, HSE Reporting Tools
•NEBOSH IGC/ IOSH or equivalent certification
•Ability to work in demanding outdoor site conditions •Willingness to be based full-time at the Ravi River Bridge Construction Project site in Lahore
