Ravi River Bridge Construction Project
The Role
Elite Engineering (Pvt.) Ltd. requires Earthwork Foremen to lead earthwork crews at the Ravi River Bridge Construction Project, Lahore.
•Leading excavation, backfilling, filling and compaction crews on a day-to-day basis •Directing excavators, loaders, dump trucks, rollers and graders as per work plans •Ensuring levels, slopes and compaction conform to instructions and drawings •Coordinating with surveyors and QC staff for line, level and testing •Maintaining equipment and manpower records and reporting daily progress •Ensuring safe operation of equipment and compliance with HSE rules

8+ years
Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Matric
- Intermediate
- Diploma: Civil Engineering Technology
Minimum 8 years of earthwork experience, with at least 3 years as a foreman on road, bridge or infrastructure projects
Earthmoving Equipment, Compaction Methods, Reading Drawings, Teamwork, Communication
Preferred: Basic Computer Literacy
•Technical trade certification •Honest, hardworking, disciplined and dependable •Willingness to be based full-time at the Ravi River Bridge Construction Project site in Lahore
