The Role
Evercare Hospital Lahore is hiring an Assistant Manager Facility Management to manage day-to-day hospital facility operations and maintenance.
•Manage day-to-day facility operations and maintenance activities •Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of facility systems •Conduct inspections and ensure timely resolution of maintenance and safety issues •Coordinate with vendors, contractors, MMD and internal departments •Ensure compliance with HSE, statutory, accreditation and hospital requirements •Support facility projects, audits, accreditation and improvement initiatives

6- 8 years
Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Masters: Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
- Bachelor's Degree (16 Years): Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
Overall experience of 6-8 years in relevant field, with minimum of 4 years in a leading role Preferred: Experience in facility operations, maintenance, project management and team leadership
Building Maintenance, MEP Systems, HVAC, Preventive Maintenance, Vendor Management, HSE Compliance, Risk Management, Project Management, Problem Solving
•Knowledge of hospital facility operations and maintenance •Knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, civil and fire/ life safety systems
