The Role
Deaf Reach (a program of Family Educational Services Foundation) is hiring an Assistant Manager- Training & Design at its head office in Karachi to develop learning content, courses and assessments across its programs.
•Support development of learning content, course and assessment design across programs including teacher training, parent support and language training courses •Identify content gaps and priorities, and develop cross-departmental/ external content, including manuals, facilitator guides, presentations and assessment tools •Review content for accuracy, pedagogy, accessibility and deaf-inclusive design; maintain templates, guidelines and organized digital repositories •Use e-learning, AI, Canva and multimedia tools to enhance quality and efficiency •Use feedback, assessment data and field observations to improve content; coordinate with trainers, campus teams and departments to ensure relevance and readiness •Maintain records, track the content pipeline, report priorities and support departmental planning and administration

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (16 Years): Education, Instructional Design
- Masters: Education, Instructional Design
3-5 years' experience in instructional/ training content and course design Preferred: Background in asynchronous training design; deaf education or inclusive/ accessibility-focused design experience is an advantage
MS Office, Canva, AI-assisted Content Tools, Instructional Design
- English (Speaking: Native/ Fluent, Reading: Native/ Fluent, Writing: Native/ Fluent)
