The Role
Zubaida Medical Centre, Karachi is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Audit Officer to conduct internal audits, ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements, and support the organization in improving operational efficiency and risk management.
•Plan, conduct and document internal audits across various departments and functions •Review financial and operational records, processes and controls to ensure compliance with hospital policies, SOPs and regulatory requirements •Identify risks, control gaps and areas for improvement, and prepare detailed audit reports with recommendations •Follow up on corrective actions and ensure timely implementation of agreed measures •Assist in special audits, investigations and ad-hoc reviews as required •Maintain accurate and confidential records of audit findings and reports •Collaborate with department heads to promote a culture of accountability, transparency and continuous improvement

2- 4 years
Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (16 Years): Accounting, Finance, Business Administration
Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in internal or external auditing Preferred: Preferably in a healthcare or similar sector
Analytical Skills, Problem Solving, Attention to Detail, Microsoft Excel, Communication, Interpersonal Skills
Preferred: Risk Management
•Professional certification (e.g. CIA, ACCA, CPA) will be an added advantage
