The Role
UPS (Authorised Service Contractor) is looking for a Customer Service Officer to join its team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, proactive and able to handle queries efficiently while ensuring excellent service standards.
•Handle calls and emails promptly and professionally •Resolve customer issues, discrepancies and complaints •Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements and audits •Provide shipment updates, tracers and claims follow-up •Create airway bills for import/ export and coordinate with OPS & Finance teams •Support sales by sharing new customer leads •Maintain proactive follow-ups and customer engagement

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (16 Years)
1-2 years of experience in customer services
