The Role

The Video Content Specialist captures, produces and edits video content for TCF's digital and social media platforms, working both behind the camera and in the edit suite, with monthly visits to TCF schools.

•Visit assigned TCF schools every month to capture video content, student and teacher stories and school activities •Independently plan and execute video shoots, including shot selection, framing, camera operation, basic lighting and audio recording •Coordinate with school administration to schedule visits and secure permissions •Produce videos, reels and short-form content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and other channels •Edit video content independently, including storytelling, pacing, transitions, captions, music, sound design and basic colour correction •Adapt content into platform-specific formats while maintaining TCF's brand and visual standards •Manage and organize footage and project files •Prepare, check and store filming equipment •Provide filming and editing support for campaigns, events and internal communications •Ensure content follows TCF's brand guidelines, safeguarding requirements and ethical standards
