The Role
The Mathematics Design Manager leads the design, development and continuous improvement of TCF's secondary mathematics curriculum, frameworks, instructional resources and assessment systems aligned with Federal Board requirements and international best practices.
•Lead design and continuous improvement of the secondary mathematics curriculum, including standards, learning progressions, scope and sequence •Develop and review mathematics instructional resources, including student materials, teacher guides, lesson plans and assessments •Ensure curriculum coherence from primary through secondary grades •Design curriculum interventions that strengthen mathematical language, academic literacy and problem-solving •Integrate inquiry-based, real-world and technology-enhanced learning approaches •Develop assessment frameworks and exemplar assessment items •Use student performance data and evaluation findings to improve curriculum quality •Review national and international mathematics curricula and assessment frameworks •Support curriculum implementation through teacher orientation, resource development and academic guidance

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Masters: Mathematics, Mathematics Education
4-5 years of experience in mathematics curriculum design, teaching, academic leadership or educational program development, including developing curriculum frameworks, instructional resources and assessments Preferred: Experience in teacher professional development and curriculum implementation
