The Role
Subject Teacher at TCF College, Karachi, teaching Federal Board Urdu, Islamiat and/ or Pakistan Studies to XI & XII students, preparing tests and exams, and counselling students on their progress.
•Teach Federal Board Urdu, Islamiat and/ or Pakistan Studies to XI & XII students •Assist in devising curriculum outlines and lesson plans and improve them for class implementation •Suggest questions/ topics for monthly, mid-term and preliminary exams •Select and finalize classroom material with other subject teachers and the Manager Student Development •Track progress reports on curriculum covered, paper analysis, material shared and student progress monthly •Check test papers, provide timely feedback and raise red flags where necessary •Devise remedial plans for weak students •Conduct classroom observations of peers •Assist, counsel and motivate students as Classroom Coach

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Masters: Urdu, Islamiat
1-2 years of intermediate teaching experience
