The Role
Clinical Nurse for the Home Health Programme of Aga Khan University Hospital's Outreach Services in Karachi, providing personalised nursing care to patients at home.
•Demonstrate safe handling and proper use of equipment and supplies •Provide high quality personalised, planned holistic nursing care to all assigned patients •Administer medication safely, monitor patient responses and communicate reportable findings promptly •Counsel and educate patients on health behaviours •Use electronic monitoring equipment efficiently •Assess patients and plan care accordingly •Perform any other task assigned by the supervisor

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Nursing
- Diploma: Nursing
One year of nursing traineeship or at least one year of relevant experience
