The Role
Head of Business Application in the Information Technology department of HBL Asset Management, Karachi, responsible for managing multiple business projects and change requests, enforcing project/ program and PMO standards, and managing issues, risks and change requests for successful, on-time project delivery.
•Manage multiple projects that span one or multiple lines of business •Own the full project life cycle, from initiation to deployment, for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously •Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget •Coordinate internal resources and third parties/ vendors for the flawless execution of projects •Report and escalate to management as needed •Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders •Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with the client and all stakeholders •Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs •Coordinate best practice and ensure lessons learned are logged •Contribute to process improvement initiatives related to project delivery

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (16 Years): Computer Science
- Masters
8+ years of IT industry experience including 3+ years of hands-on experience in project management tools and frameworks, SDLC Preferred: Working knowledge or experience of an Asset Management Company
Project Management, SDLC, MS Office
Preferred: Project Management Certification
