The Role

Yum Group of Restaurants (YGR) is hiring an Assistant Manager Learning & Development/ Talent Acquisition (female) in Lahore to lead training, onboarding and end-to-end recruitment for its corporate and restaurant operations.

•Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and identify capability gaps •Plan, coordinate, and monitor training & development programs •Manage onboarding, induction, and employee development initiatives •Develop training materials, presentations, and learning resources •Monitor training effectiveness and maintain L&D records & KPIs •Coordinate leadership and functional development programs •Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate and restaurant operations •Coordinate manpower requisitions and recruitment planning with HODs •Source, screen, shortlist, and interview candidates •Coordinate interviews, trials, assessments, and selection processes •Maintain recruitment pipeline, talent pools, and hiring reports •Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns •Ensure timely closure of vacancies in line with business requirements
