The Role
Image is hiring a Management Trainee Officer (MTO) in HR in Karachi to support recruitment, onboarding and day-to-day HR operations.
•Assist with recruitment and hiring activities •Coordinate interviews and candidate communication •Support employee onboarding and documentation •Maintain employee records and HR databases •Assist with day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities •Coordinate with different departments on HR-related matters
Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Management Sciences
•Fresh graduate or up to 6 months of relevant experience
•Active, confident and people-oriented personality •Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
