The Role
Kompass Pakistan is hiring an Executive Financial Reporting at Port Qasim, Karachi, to prepare financial reports and support closing, reconciliation and audit activities.
•Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, statements and management reporting packs •Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities, including journal entries, accruals and provisions •Perform balance sheet reconciliations, validate general ledger data and investigate discrepancies •Conduct variance analysis against budgets, forecasts and prior periods, highlighting key findings for management review •Coordinate internal and external audit requirements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, internal controls and company policies •Improve financial reporting processes through standardized templates, Excel, SAP and reporting automation

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Masters: Finance
- Professional Bachelor: ACCA/ CIMA/ ICMA (Part Qualified)
•2-3 years of relevant experience
MS Excel, Analytical Skills, Problem Solving
Preferred: SAP
