Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (16 Years): Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, Material Science
- Diploma: Mechanical Engineering
BE/ BSC (Mechanical/ Metallurgy/ Material) with 05-10 Years’ experience in relevant field preferably in Shipbuilding/ Ship repair/ Heavy Engineering. (PEC Registered) Preferred: Strong Knowledge of welding processes including SMAW, GMAW & SAW. Candidate with foreign qualification in Ship building advance welding techniques/ technologies will be preferred; Professional certification in welding such as CSWIP/ AWS/ IWE/ IWT. VT/ WIL-S courses from PWI will be an advantage
