The Role
Imtiaz Group is looking for an experienced Head Chef- Bakery to lead its bakery operations. Vacancies are open in Karachi and Islamabad.
•Develop, implement and manage daily high-volume production schedules for commercial bread, pastries, cakes and local confectionery •Extract, monitor and analyze ingredient inventory data to optimize raw material yields and minimize food wastage •Translate seasonal sales requirements into clear, standardized production sheets and attractive product displays for retail shelves •Maintain raw material integrity and optimize baking equipment utilization and overall oven performance •Collaborate with cross-functional procurement and quality assurance teams to identify ingredient trends, consumer preferences and cost-saving opportunities

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Intermediate
- Diploma: Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, Food Science
At least 10 years of hands-on experience working with high-volume fast-casual kitchens, hotel banqueting or catering setups
Bulk Recipe Scaling, Baking Science, Pastry Shelf-life Management, HACCP, Food Safety Standards, Commercial Bakery Hygiene
