The Role
The Production Executive oversees and supervises the production activities and staff at the Household factory and reports to the Production Manager, who reports to the Factory Manager.
•Ensure products are produced and stored according to the appropriate documentation to obtain the required quality •Adhere to production operation instructions, including in-process controls, and ensure their strict implementation •Ensure production records are re-evaluated and signed by a designated person before they go to the quality control department •Monitor daily line losses and analyse KPIs; develop CAPA and improvements •Hold daily line/ shift meetings to monitor and drive performance •Implement Operator Asset Care, CLI and centre lining for the lines •Complete zero-base waste loss analysis and drive improvement plans, 5S and SMED •Optimize workload of staff and line layouts and develop SOPs and work instructions •Develop safety and quality process capability checks, risk assessments, safety mapping and safety walks •Report and analyse deviations and QI observations and develop action plans

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering
1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing plant, preferably in the FMCG industry
Supply Chain Management, Productivity Management, Data Analysis, Relationship Management
